PocketMD, LLC accepts no liability and you the end user releases PocketMD, LLC for the PocketMD CD with important and private information in case it is lost or stolen. This has personal data and should be handled with extreme caution.

PocketMD, LLC assumes no responsibility if the diskette is lost or stolen. If the card is lost or stolen, a replacement card will be provided at a nominal fee for shipping and handling costs.
